Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a night club is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for servic

• Welcomes the guests and ensures they are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
• Ensures stocks at the bar are replenished and checked accordingly
• Maintains a proper inventory of items and ensures that the expired ones are replaced, the bar pantry is well organized and coordinates with the Purchasing team for the requisition along with the Senior Bartender.
• Liaise with the Bartender and Assistant Bar Manager for any items that should be charged to the guests.
