The Barback is responsible for assisting Bartenders with organization and cleanliness of the bar area; bussing bar areas; as well as, keeping glasses and other bar equipment clean and well-stocked. The Barback must help to adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete Barback duties, as well as other responsibilities that may be assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Smart Serve certification required.
• Previous experience preferred.
