JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our dynamic team. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting the bar staff by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organised. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in kitchen or hotel settings is beneficial but not essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Support the serving staff by delivering drinks and assisting with customer requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
