Tokyo Bird is a Japanese-inspired cocktail and whisky bar in Surry Hills, known for our creative cocktails, yakitori, and one of Sydney’s best Japanese whisky selections.
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Barback/Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the ropes of a busy cocktail bar, support the bartenders on shift, and grow their skills behind the bar.

• Assisting bartenders with preparation and service
• Stocking and restocking the bar during service
• Polishing and preparing glassware
• Collecting and washing barware
• Garnish and ingredient prep
• Running drinks to tables when required
• Keeping the bar clean, organised, and service-ready
• Supporting with closing and pack-down duties
