We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be At One Lincoln. You don’t need any experience to become a Barback, you just need to be guest focussed and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out for our guests something to remember.

Can you…

• Greet each guest in a way that feels natural and welcoming to you
• Keep the bar area organised and visually appealing
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone
• Collaborate with the team to continually enhance bartending practices and standards

To be considered for the Barback position at Be At One Lincoln you must be 18 or over as the roles involves the sale of alcohol.
