JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with the food industry or kitchen operations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
  • A commitment to cleanliness and organization within the bar environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
  • Help manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests as needed.
  • Support the overall hospitality experience by ensuring the bar area is welcoming and well-maintained.
