Description
Position requirements: Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. Ensure the bar is set up and stocked with necessary beverages, garnishes, ice, and glassware before and during service. Support the bar team by quickly restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, handling empty bottles and trash. Assist in preparing simple drink components (e.g., cutting garnishes, refilling mixers). Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all bar areas. Work closely with the bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations Skills & Abilities Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (e.g., beer kegs, cases of bottles). Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
