KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors. * Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies throughout the shift. * Prepare garnishes and assist in the setup of the bar before opening. * Assist bartenders by retrieving items, changing kegs, and ensuring ice bins are filled. * Collect and wash used glassware and utensils promptly. * Dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a sanitary work environment. * Collaborate with the bartending team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
