Barback   Position Summary Trillium is looking for a Barback to join our team at our Fort Point location! This individual will play an integral role in ensuring our guests have exceptional experiences with us. Our ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and keep up with things during our busiest times of the day. They will relay important information between management, retail, kitchen staff and bartenders. The barback will ensure the bar is held to the highest standards in cleanliness and organization and will be responsible for assisting the bartenders and managers with any needed tasks throughout the shift.   Job Duties & Responsibilities: Bar cleanliness * Prepares bar area for upcoming day * Keeps rollups stocked throughout the day * Bar clearing and cleaning * Glassware washing and organization * Closes bar by organizing and cleaning all needed area based on daily/weekly checklists * Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. * Assist in any needed tasks throughout the shift   Cold room Maintenance * Changing kegs multiple times throughout shift * Organizing and rearranging keg/can storage area * Upkeep of beer line cleanliness * Receives deliveries and organizes them accordingly * Maintain our high food safety, beverage and sanitation standards    Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.     Desired Qualifications & Abilities Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 18 years of age   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays. * Exceptional guest service skills * Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment. * A strong team player, organized with great attention to detail * Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
