Job Title: Bartender

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will craft premium cocktails that reflect our unique Mediterranean cuisine. You will engage with guests, demonstrate extensive product knowledge, and maintain elite service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve innovative cocktails, and classic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Deliver engaging, attentive, and personalized service to guests at the bar.
Maintain complete knowledge of the beverage menu, including spirits, flavor profiles, and food pairing recommendations.
Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully compliant with local health and safety regulations.
Manage bar inventory, track wastage, and assist with ordering supplies.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Bartender in a high-volume, luxury restaurant or cocktail lounge
Deep, comprehensive knowledge of alcohol, including mixology techniques, premium spirits, and wines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of English; Arabic Speakers are an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
