PURPOSE To assist bartenders and sports bar wait staff in stocking products and ice, ensuring the efficient completion of beverage service. To provide exceptional internal and external guest service while accurately fulfilling all Eatec Orders in accordance with established procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Bar Stocking and Product Management: Ensure bars are stocked with necessary products, supplies, and ice, maintaining a seamless flow of beverage service. Glassware Maintenance: Wash and stock glassware to ensure a constant supply, keeping the bar prepared for service at all times. Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in the setup and tear down of both indoor and outdoor events, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place. Cooler and Storage Organization: Organize and clean coolers and liquor rooms to ensure proper storage and accessibility of all supplies. Team Collaboration and Communication: Maintain continuous communication with bartenders, wait staff, and management to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of any issues. Station Maintenance: Ensure cup holders at watering stations are consistently stocked and organized to support the beverage service. Waste Management: Empty assigned trash cans in the Food & Beverage areas and maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas. Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate par levels are maintained, and that procedures for inventory control are followed. Warehouse Assistance: Provide support to the Warehouse team by bringing up inventory and helping with restocking as needed. Order Management: Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming orders, promptly putting them away and keeping the bar organized. Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform weekly cleaning duties, including drains, mats, and floors, to ensure the bar area meets cleanliness standards. Additional Duties: Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Sports bar. Requirements REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience None required PREFERRED Education and Experience High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Skills and Abilities Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence and routine reports. Proficiency in basic math functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to handle multiple tasks, responsibilities, and timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
