To the left of the entrance we have the Champagne Bar, a beautiful event space with a circular bar in the centre and lots of lounge seating. Kettner’s also has 33 bedrooms ranging from Tiny and Medium to a Jacobean Suite with its own private entrance. The Role… We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our Central London team at Kettner's (W1D 5HP). Your main responsibilities are to support the bartending teams in the smooth running of the bar. This includes ensuring the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout their shift. You will ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for use What we are looking for... 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential) Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required Kettner’s Opening Hours: Mon – Weds – 7:30am – 12am Thurs - Sat – 7:30am - 1am Sunday – 8am – 11pm *subject to change Nearest Station (W1D 5HP): Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus
