Description Join our team as a Seasonal Barback and play a key support role in delivering an exceptional bar experience for our guests. In this fast-paced position, you’ll assist bartenders by keeping bar areas fully stocked, organized, and clean so they can focus on providing outstanding guest service. Position Details Employment Type: Seasonal Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays) Department: Food & Beverage / Bar Operations What You’ll Do Stock and replenish bars before and during service with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and supplies Deliver and retrieve liquor, kegs, supplies, and equipment to and from bar and storage areas Assist bartenders with maintaining a clean, organized, and fully functional bar setup Fill beer taps, soda stations, and ice bins as needed throughout service Wash, polish, and restock glassware to ensure continuous service flow Remove trash and recycling from bar and service areas regularly Organize and maintain liquor, wine, and beverage storage areas Secure and lock beverage storage areas according to safety and policy standards Assist with deliveries to suites, hospitality areas, and event spaces Respond to bar service requests quickly to support efficient operations Support bartenders during high-volume service periods Requirements What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred (not required) Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others Ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and guest-service awareness Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly (kegs, cases, ice, supplies) Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Ability to work quickly and safely in high-traffic bar environments Work Environment Fast-paced bar and restaurant environment within a resort setting High-energy atmosphere with frequent guest interaction nearby Exposure to loud noise levels and busy service periods Indoor and occasional outdoor work depending on venue setup Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods Active role requiring constant movement and teamwork About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier hospitality destination known for exceptional service and a strong team culture.
