About the Role: At Acqua Bistecca, the Barback plays a vital role in supporting the bar team and ensuring seamless service. Responsible for maintaining bar organization, restocking supplies, and assisting with preparation, the Barback helps create an environment where bartenders can focus on delivering world-class cocktails and hospitality. This role requires energy, teamwork, and attention to detail, making it an essential part of the guest experience. You will be an integral part of our bar team with a passion for beverage and varied experience in the restaurant industry. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure. You have a strong desire to learn and grow as a beverage professional. Seeking to fill Lunch/Brunch shifts. Must be available at least 3 days/Shifts a week.
