Job Description You need to ensure the bar runs smoothly by restocking liquor/glassware, changing kegs, preparing garnishes, and maintaining cleanliness that allow bartenders to focus on serving customers. Assisting bartenders in making drinks, clearing dirty items from guests, and running items to tables. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as cleaning, restocking, and responding to bartender needs. Moving quickly to keep up with high-volume service.
