EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in roles such as barista, server, or kitchen staff.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is essential.
  • Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and team members effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Support bartenders by preparing and restocking supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food handling practices meet safety standards.
  • Buss tables and assist in clearing dishes to keep the dining area tidy.
  • Operate POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) for processing orders and payments accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with guests and staff.
  • Help with catering events and banquets as needed, ensuring all service requirements are met.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly while adhering to cash handling procedures.
