JOB SUMMARY:

The Barback at our busy sports bar in downtown Vancouver plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area. This position primarily involves assisting the bartenders and other staff members in maintaining a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be of legal drinking age (19+ in Vancouver).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience as a barback or bartender is beneficial but not necessary.
Basic knowledge of various types of beverages and drink preparation is advantageous.
Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
An interest in sports is desired.
