The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found. About the role: Serve guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Lounge Server and completing guest requests. What you will do: -Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. -Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. -Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders. -Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas. -Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. -Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. -Cut and prepare fruit and other beverage garnishes. -Assist bartenders in preparing beverages. What you bring: -High school education or equivalent experience. -Minimum one year of beverage service or related work. -Ability to carry and balance a tray -A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
