• 2 years of experience as a Barber or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of haircutting, shaving, and grooming techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and creativity in styling.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.

• Provide professional haircuts, trims, fades, and shaves according to client requests and current styles.
• Offer beard trimming, shaping, and grooming services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the barbershop environment.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide style recommendations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and products.
• Ensure a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere for all clients.
• Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in clients effectively.
• Promote and recommend hair care and grooming products to clients when appropriate.
