Hair System Technician & Barber (2 Roles) — Misters Hair Solutions, Welling (Kent)

Misters Hair Solutions is a multi-award-winning, non-surgical hair replacement studio and barbershop. We’re expanding into a brand-new premises with 3 barbers’ chairs on the shop floor and 3 private rooms dedicated to hair system clients—plus a separate waiting area for privacy and comfort.

We’re hiring for two positions (you can apply for one or both):

• Barber (Shop Floor) – appointments & walk-ins
• Barber/Hairdresser & Hair System Technician – mix of walk-ins and appointment-based hair systems (new fittings & maintenance)

What you’ll do

HAIR SYSTEMS (TECHNICIAN ROLE):

• Consultations, scalp prep, template making, new system fittings, cutting-in, styling, and maintenance/regrooms
• Deliver a 5-star client experience in private rooms, ensuring comfort and confidentiality
• Advise on aftercare, products, and maintenance schedules

BARBERING (BOTH ROLES):

• Modern cuts, skin fades, beard work, styling, and finishing to a high standard
• Manage a column of appointments and walk-ins efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and top-tier service standards across the floor

What we’re looking for

• Confident in all aspects of barbering
• Hair system experience is a massive bonus (higher rate paid)
• If not trained in hair systems, keen to learn (full training provided)
• Excellent spoken and written English (essential for consultations and client care)
• Professional, punctual, and passionate about delivering outstanding results
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
