As part of our expanding team, you’ll have the chance to work in a brand new modern, appointment-based barbershop, with the added benefit of becoming skilled in the rapidly growing field of hair replacement services. Full in-house training is provided, and higher rates are available for those with experience in hair replacement.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Starting from £150 a day plus profit split. Self-employed, invoiced day rate.
• Flexible Hours: Part-time or full-time options available.

Our Opening Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (early finish!)
• Lunch Break: One-hour lunch break every day
• Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays

Role & Responsibilities:

• Men’s Grooming: Provide high-quality haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling to male clients.
• Hair System Training: Learn how to fit, cut, and maintain non-surgical hair systems, a highly sought-after service in today’s hair industry.
• Client Care: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends in men’s grooming and hair systems.
• Growth Opportunities: Potential to become a certified hair system educator and take on a teaching role within our academy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Competence in men’s haircuts and grooming is essential. Previous experience with hair systems is a bonus but not required.
• Passion for Learning: Eagerness to expand your skillset, particularly in the area of hair replacement.
• Professionalism: Friendly, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional service in a welcoming, professional environment.
• Established Client Base: While a client base is preferred, we are open to discussing options for the right candidate.
