Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair styling, customer service, and providing exceptional grooming services to our clients. Duties: - Perform a variety of hair cutting, shaving, and grooming services - Provide consultations to clients on suitable hairstyles - Sanitize tools and work areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment - Offer excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs - Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience - Manage retail sales of hair care products - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Barber with expertise in various hair cutting techniques - Proficiency in front desk operations within a barbershop setting - Strong sanitation practices to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Capability for upselling products and services to enhance client experience - Experience in retail sales of hair care products is a plus - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Join our team as a Barber and showcase your talent in hair styling while delivering top-notch grooming services to our valued clientele.
