Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will provide exceptional grooming services to our clients, helping them look and feel their best. Responsibilities
- Provide barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice
- Perform hair treatments such as coloring, highlighting, and conditioning
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in men’s grooming and hairstyling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the barbershop
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Excellent knowledge of men’s grooming techniques and current trends
- Proficiency in using barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, and trimmers
- Strong attention to detail and precision in hairstyling
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery
