EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty or grooming industry.
• Demonstrated skills in hair styling and barbering techniques, with relevant qualifications or certifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A passion for the beauty industry, with an eagerness to learn new skills and improve existing ones.
