We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the salon.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong skills in hair styling, cutting techniques, and grooming practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

• Sanitate all tools and workstations before and after each service to maintain a clean environment.

• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide innovative services.
