ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll lead a team of talented barbers, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain the operational flow of the studio, and manage our social media strategy to showcase our services and grow our customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Barbering Duties:

• Deliver exceptional haircuts, grooming services, and customer experiences, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest barbering trends, tools, and techniques to meet diverse customer preferences.
• Mentor and support team members to improve their technical skills and service delivery.

Management Duties:

• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive work environment.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Social Media & Marketing Duties:

• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and attract new customers.
• Produce engaging content, including photos, videos, and posts, that reflects our brand’s identity and services.
• Monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Identify and implement innovative marketing opportunities to grow the business.
