SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to effectively upsell services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, contributing to overall business growth.
