Diesel Barbershop is a men’s grooming shop in Frisco, Texas. We’re hiring licensed barbers and cosmetologists who want busy chairs, strong weekly earnings, and a professional, well-run shop. If you like staying busy, take pride in your craft, and want consistency instead of chaos, this is worth your time. Pay & Earnings (Clear and Honest): $900 – $1,600 per week (total compensation) Paid weekly Pay includes: Guaranteed hourly base ($14–$16/hr (Base is paid for all hours worked) Tips (typically $9–$15/hr) Productivity bonuses Retail commissions Average total hourly earnings: Newer full-time barbers: $23–$26/hr Experienced full-time barbers: ~$38–$47/hr Earnings vary by schedule, experience, and consistency. Client Flow & Pace Consistent walk-in and appointment traffic Faster-paced than boutique or luxury lounges Designed for barbers who like busy days and full chairs Schedule Expectations Full-time and part-time available Evenings and weekends required (that’s when earnings are highest) Predictable scheduling What We’re Looking For Valid Texas Barber or Cosmetology license Strong men’s haircutting skills (fades, tapers, beard work) Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Focused on guest experience and repeat business Professional Culture We value individuality and professionalism.
