Designed to be upscale, trendy, and welcoming, our lounge offers blowouts, beauty services, and now professional barbering in a stylish environment with cross-promotion opportunities through our beauty, tanning, and floral brands.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in men’s grooming and modern barbering techniques, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a boutique, luxury setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Barber/Hairstylist in Ontario (Hairstylist Certificate of Qualification)
• Proven experience in barbering (cuts, fades, shaves, and beard grooming)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished, and passionate about the grooming industry
• Availability for evenings and Saturdays

• Provide professional barbering services, including men’s cuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
• Consult with clients to understand desired styles and make recommendations
• Stay up to date with barbering trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean, professional, and sanitary workspace
• Recommend grooming products to enhance client results and experience
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative salon culture
