Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and tools
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in a variety of hair cutting techniques and styles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards in a salon environment
