We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves not only performing haircuts and styling services but also engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promoting additional services and retail products. We are currently seeking experienced Barbers and Hairstylists who are highly skilled in both men’s and women’s hair services. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and thrives in a collaborative salon environment.

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Ability to effectively upsell services and products while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, as it contributes to overall business success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid license
• 2+ years of professional experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in both men’s and women’s hair techniques (cutting, styling, coloring, etc.)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
• Team-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry
