We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied with their haircut and grooming experience. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and styles, while also maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques and styles.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a barbershop setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Must have clientele of your own.
• Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years on experience in the industry.
