This is a role for a Barber located in West Malling. As a Barber / Men’s Grooming Specialist, you will deliver exceptional haircuts, beard trims, restyles, and shaping services that reflect Varndells’ high standards. You will engage clients in discreet, consultative conversations to understand their personal grooming preferences, ensuring each service is tailored to their needs. Your role will also involve sustaining an unhurried atmosphere of calm professionalism and understated luxury, while working collaboratively with the team to enhance the shops welcoming, high-end ambiance.
Additional tasks include consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs, recommending products, maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation, and staying updated with the latest hair styling trends and techniques.
