10 Acres Cafe in Sidney is currently recruiting for full-time & part-time Baristas who excel in a busy and dynamic environment. The right candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, excel in a fast-paced environment, and have a warm and welcoming presence.
The ideal future team member is energetic, outgoing, magnetic, bright, with a high-tempo personality, that has a love for helping people have amazing experiences!
Priority will be given to candidates who have the most open availability. Previous hosting or support staff experience is an asset, but not required. A good attitude, success under pressure & desire to learn is key!
We are a “tip pooling” establishment, which means the posted wage is guaranteed! Wage posted is inclusive of gratuities.
