REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Must be available to start immediately

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
• Handle customer transactions and operate POS systems
• Restock and replenish coffee bar inventory and supplies
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
