Introduction- 200 Degrees are speciality coffee roasters, purveyors of distinctive coffee shops, and unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks.

We are now recruiting for the role of a Barista. The ideal candidate will have infectious personality and incredible coffee skills to support the General Manager in our busy coffee shop in Lincoln’s City Centre.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be organised, hard-working and reliable
• Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries
• Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team
• Understanding of food preparation
• Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
• To adhere to all company policies and procedures
