Job Description What you'll be doing: Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, genuine hospitality. Deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, poolside, conference, and event spaces. Recommend food and beverage options with confidence and maximise sales opportunities through upselling. Take orders, process payments, and manage reservations accurately and efficiently. Support the smooth delivery of conferences, functions, and special events. Maintain high standards of food safety, RSA compliance, and venue presentation. Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and valued. Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Current RSA Certificate (essential). Hospitality qualification or relevant industry experience. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
