Job Description We’re looking for an enthusiastic barista to join our team at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort. In this hands-on role, you’ll craft high-quality coffee and beverages while providing a welcoming experience for guests across Sola Restaurant, Deli Cafe & Market and Conference Centre. Your friendly attitude, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key in delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests Maintain cleanliness and organisation of coffee stations and equipment Assist with stock management and ensure supplies are available when needed Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive team culture Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards Qualifications Barista qualifications or relevant experience preferred Previous experience in a similar hospitality role Friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
