Job Description Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages, along with light food items, ensuring consistent presentation and taste. Deliver warm, efficient, and professional service to all guests, maintaining excellent grooming and a friendly, welcoming manner at all times. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café area, equipment, and workstations, ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Operate the cashiering system accurately, manage stock levels, and report any discrepancies or maintenance issues to leadership.
