Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square is currently seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join their professional and dynamic Hotel. Job Description Genuine passion for coffee and exceptional barista skills Ability to assist in other areas of Food & Beverage as required Efficient and the ability to keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment A friendly, welcoming, customer focused attitude Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate Previous customer service or hospitality experience Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients A high standard of grooming and presentation The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends and public holiday Qualifications Previous experience as a barista in a high volume venue within a restaurant and cafe is required Excellent communication skills Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
