Job Description Beverage Preparation & Service Prepare and serve premium coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and artistry. Maintain knowledge of beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to provide expert recommendations. Ensure presentation standards align with Morgans Originals’ luxury brand identity. Support food and beverage service by assisting with light snacks or pastries when required. Guest Experience Engage with guests to personalize beverage selections and enhance their experience. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Foster a welcoming and sophisticated café atmosphere that reflects Roswyn’s lifestyle ethos. Operational Support Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service areas. Monitor inventory of beans, syrups, milk, and supplies to ensure readiness for service. Assist in procurement and supplier coordination to uphold quality and sustainability. Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment with care and precision. Quality & Compliance Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices in line with hotel policies. Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
