Job Description What you'll be doing: Preparing and serving exceptional coffee, tea, and beverages Take orders & process payments while providing friendly, heartfelt service Showcase your organization skills and attention to detail Ensure teammates and all guests feel a sense of belonging Create high-quality, delicious, artistic coffee creations Embrace a varied role by assisting across all Food & Beverage outlets, from crafting great coffee to providing outstanding floor service Recommend food and beverage options with confidence Go above and beyond to make every guest feels welcome Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Demonstrated barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art Understanding of coffee equipment, grinder settings, and daily machine setup/cleaning Willingness to work across different areas of Food & Beverage and support the team as required A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change RSA (required) & Barista certification (highly regarded) A commitment to providing hospitality from the heart Additional Information What is in it for you?
