Analog cafes are the space where we showcase our brilliant single-origin coffees from farmers all over the world. We hire exceptional, passionate, coffee loving individuals who can contribute to delivering the highest quality experiences to our guests and share our same passion for growing the cafe culture throughout Calgary.
Our community includes the people on our team, the farmers we work with at origin and the guests who visit us everyday. We want to share our coffee and hospitality with everyone from the longtime aficionado to the newcomer who just wants something a little (or a lot) better to drink. It’s not about attitude or elitism. We know good coffee is everywhere. But great coffee is surprisingly rare — whether you’re drinking it as fuel for your busy day or an escape from it. We’re here for those who want a life less ordinary. If only for the time it takes to finish a cup of our Analog Coffee.

• Provide exceptional hospitality to Analog guests.
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable about current Analog product offerings.
• Follow all drink recipes as instructed by Analog training and standards.
• Present all beverages and food products consistently and with an attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a keen interest to participate in Analog community events. Responsibly represent Analog and its brand, in and outside of the café.
• Enthusiastic and engaged in all café roles. Work collaboratively, assisting areas that require additional help, supporting the overall success of the cafe.
• Actively participate in product tastings to further product knowledge and help identify any issues or deficiencies. Strive for continuous learning.
