OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our Trafford Centre Blanchflower team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and customer service. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Opening hours are between 8:30am and 10:30pm, with a mixture of early and late shifts available.
The role is minimum 32 hours, with more hours available for the right candidate.

ABOUT US

Blanchflower Kitchen and Bakery currently have 4 locations; Trafford Centre, Altrincham, Sale and Caffeine and Co located in Longford Park, Stretford.
We pride ourselves on making every item in-house and ourselves, from the sourdough alongside the soup to the vanilla syrup inside the coffee.
Our Trafford Centre location is the perfect showcase of Blanchflower’s best, with bakery items and speciality coffee being the forefront of our site.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous barista experience is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices is an advantage.
  • Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
  • Strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented well.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
