REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred but not required. We will provide training for the right candidates.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create quality beverages with precision and consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Coffee: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, pour-over, and cold brew, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and other areas of the café according to company standards.
  • Barista Skills: Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently. Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operation, assist with training new baristas, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other café supplies.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
  • Upsell and Promote Products: Encourage customers to try new drinks or retail products, as well as promote loyalty programs or special events.
