We are looking for a friendly, energetic, highly motivated coffee enthusiast to join our team and to learn more about coffee from experts. Additionally, selected candidates may have an opportunity to learn barista skills, roasting skills. Please join us and take this opportunity to grow with our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet & interact with customer + Perform customer service
• Take orders from customers (POS Cashier) & suggest our menu items.
• Receive and process payments & Handle cash
• Prepare or serve prepared food and beverages from our menu items.
• Cleanliness and organization of work areas as needed.
• Cleanliness of overall café space, seating area
• Stocking inventories such as coffee, tea, paper products
• Work well with Kitchen Staff & receive prepared food from Kitchen
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Demonstrate the use of coffee equipment
• Lifting and/or carrying of merchandise items when deliveries received.
• Take out garbage

Requirements:

• Language- English (Required)
• Food Safe Level 1
• Serving it Right
• Multitasking
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Barista experience is preferred, No previous experience required.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset. Training is available.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional cleanliness and organization
• Teamwork, Friendly, Positive, Passionate about coffee
• Frequent standing, walking, bending
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs
