We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys connecting with customers. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to our recipes and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regular cleaning of equipment, counters, and seating areas.
  • Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and provide correct change.
  • Stay informed about menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to assist customers with their choices.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
