ABOUT US

We are a new, independent coffee shop in Dublin, passionate about serving high-quality coffee, fresh food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our community. We are looking for an experienced Barista who shares our love for coffee and customer service to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Barista in a busy café or coffee shop.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and brewing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for coffee, food, and hospitality.
  • HACCP/food safety training (preferred but not essential — training can be provided).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: €13.50-€16.60 per hour
    Expected hours: 39 per week

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to consistent standards.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service — welcoming customers, taking orders, handling payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment (in line with HACCP standards).
  • Assist in stock rotation, restocking, and managing daily café operations.
  • Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
  • Educate customers on coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items when required.
  • Contribute ideas to improve drinks menu and overall customer experience.
