Coffee Boothers has opened a new cafe in Burleigh and we are looking for staff. We are a family owned and operated business. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, talented all rounder/barista.
The right candidate will be able to work well independently, have excellent barista skills and a broad hospitality skill set. You must also be able to work in a team and show initiative. We provide extensive training as well as a fun and nurturing environment to work in.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Customer service - walk in
  • Barista
  • Point of Sale / order taking
  • Food preparation
  • Smoothie and Acai preparation
  • Maintaining regulated cleaning and health standards
  • Multitasking

To be considered for the role you must:

  • Have experience working in a fast paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong, solid barista skills. At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience with industry POS systems.
  • High attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Referenced work history
  • Full understanding of COVID and Work Safe industry practice
  • Self motivated
  • Confident and well spoken
  • Impeccable presentation and personal hygiene.
