JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a love for coffee and preparation and the flexibility to work Monday to Saturday

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two years previous barista experience is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable
• Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for coffee and willingness to learn

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Ensure all food safety standards are met during food preparation and serving
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle transactions and operate the till efficiently
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Uphold the brand’s standards for quality and presentation in every beverage served
